As the Designated Broker of the Firm, Kevin Mullin is constantly working with the members of Windermere Professional Partners to uphold their values of collaboration, professionalism and intelligence. Kevin loves the fact that WPP measures success by the level of customer satisfaction (not the number of homes sold), gives back the communities that we serve, and is very committed serving the needs of our REALTOR® customers and their clients. Our organization is authentic in its concern about each other as people first while providing a business platform to meet each person’s individual needs, and Kevin strives to keep this at the forefront of our day-to-day operations! As we like to say, “It is never about the house!”

Before his time at Windermere, Kevin spent 12 years with a regional healthcare firm that eventually led to his position as a regional sales manager. Vertical integration led to his departure, and the beginning of his career in real estate. After five years as a REALTOR®, Kevin looked for an opportunity to get back into sales management, which became available in his own firm.

Pierce County has been Kevin’s home since 1982, and since living here, he’s learned that there’s just no such thing as six degrees of separation: in Pierce County, it’s more like two or three degrees. It’s easy to make friends here, and that’s a pretty cool thing. With the addition of UW Tacoma, art galleries and museums, Tacoma has transformed into a cultural hub, providing Tacoma with the benefits of a larger city without the anonymity.

Kevin calls the University Place neighborhood home, which is a great place to be on the weekends. The walk around Chambers Bay Golf course offers a spectacular view, and you’ll always meet a friend on the trail. Having a Blue Heeler for a dog keeps Kevin active, and if life’s average frustrations aren’t enough for him, he heads out for a few rounds of golf. Both of these activities are sure to keep a person humble and happy!
